Accommodation & Layout
The villa offers four bedrooms and three bathrooms in a recently renovated property. Guests have access to a garden, terrace, and a year-round outdoor swimming pool. The layout includes a games room and an upstairs TV room with a massive TV.
Outdoor & Leisure Facilities
The property has a tennis court and a swimming pool that is heated and of a lovely size, with a shallow end. Sun loungers or beach chairs are provided around the pool area. Additional outdoor features include a BBQ facilities and a balcony with an outdoor dining area.
Activities & Entertainment
Guests can use the fitness room, table tennis, billiards, and a pool table. Cycling, scuba diving, golf, horse riding, fishing, windsurfing, and hiking are available nearby. The villa also provides free on-site parking and a car hire service from the property.

The villa is located in a quiet area of Playa Blanca, 1.8 km from the beach and a 20-minute walk into town. Lanzarote Airport is 34 km from the property. Taxis back from town cost approximately 6 euros and are easy to arrange.
